The Leyden Project marked the first phase of a multi-phase renovation, thoughtfully balancing preservation and modernization. The design celebrated the home’s architectural interest and detailed millwork while updating every surface—refinished flooring, a custom herringbone hickory living room, and upgraded bathrooms with elevated fixtures and finishes—resulting in a seamless blend of character and contemporary living.
